Have you configured incoming email configuration for your SharePoint farm?

It appears that it is enabled somewhere without completing the configuration settings.

Free Windows Admin Tool Kit Click here and download it now

Hi Manish,

For this issue, one or more of the following might be the cause:
1.The SharePoint timer service does not have read permissions on the drop folder.
2.The specified drop folder specified doesn't exist.
3.The SharePoint timer service does not have write permissions on the drop folder.

Please configure the drop directory in IIS and configure the incoming email settings in SharePoint.

Give WSS_ADMIN_WPG and WSS_WPG full access to the DROP folder under Mail Root under InetPub.
