Error Opening List View Page (AllItems.aspx)
I realize this is not the forum for the SharePoint Content Deployment Wizard, but bear with me here... Here's what I did using SP Content Deployment Wizard: Exported a list, with children. Re-imported the list to the same site. Left "Retain object IDs and locations" unchecked when I did this. I was attempting to troubleshoot an unrelated problem. The problem now is that I get the following error whenever I try to open any list view page, such as "AllItems.aspx". I've tried this in SharePoint Designer as well. "soap:ServerServer was unable to process request. ---> A Web Part with this ID has already been added to this page. " So, I tried going to the web part maintenance page by entering "?contents=1" at the end of the URL and got the following error: "The requested page was not found or could not be loaded " How do I get to the web parts to modify or delete them? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! -Ben

I have an update that I'd like to post for the benefit of others. Here's what I did following Rohit M's good suggestion: Made a backup of site. Deleted the problem views (all of them). Re-imported list using earlier export. This did fix the problem, I could get to AllItems.aspx and it would display my list. But wow did strangeness occur! My list was a links list, and some of the links would take me to random non-existent pages. Others would take me back to the home page. And most of the list view pages (not AllItems.aspx) would take me back to the home page. So I decided to undo this change and restore my backup, which failed miserably. I could not restore at all! I ended up having to do a database restore from the previous night to get back up and running. Long story short, the problem still exists, I am now resorting to copying the list view pages from a different list in SPD, and attempting to point these pages to my problematic list. Anyone have any experience changing the bound list of these list view pages, such as AllItems.aspx?
