Im receieving the following error: Microsoft.SharePoint.SPException: Exception from HRESULT: 0x8102009B ---> System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x8102009B): Exception from HRESULT: 0x8102009B at Microsoft.SharePoint.Library.SPRequestInternalClass.AddWorkflowToListItem(String Ive been told in some forums that it may be related to two workflows going at the same time and one needed to be terminated. However, this didn't resolve anything and i only had one workflow running. Can anyone please shed some light on this error as my knowledge with workflows isn't too strong. Regards,

is it a SharePoint 2010 workflow or SharePoint 2013 workflow? That is, is it run in W3WP, SPTimerV4 or the Windows Workflow Service?
