Error Installing 2.7 Azure SDK in Visual Studio 2015 Community Ed.

I have been trying to install Azure SDK 2.7 through Extensions & Updates in Visual Studio 2015 Community Ed.
It opens Web Platform Installer 5.0 and expects me to click Install Button.
When I click that, I get following Error,

"Azure Storage Emulator requires LocalDb to be installed. You must enable the Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools feature in Visual Studio 2015 to install Local Db before proceeding"

What should I do?
I'm newbie to Azure : )

I am getting the same problem. I saw that I had the localDB running but it does not seem to detect it.
