Hi Microsoft Support.

I have full Access to a sharepoint site, From Design Manager I am trying to create a custom page layout but I am not able to do it due to some problem which I don't understand and hope Microsoft Support and Community will help me sorting it out.When I try to troubleshoot the problem clicking on link which says " Troubleshoot issue with Microsoft SharePoint Foundation " then it say that "Helps seems to be broken etc.."

This is Kind of Urgent please help me out.
