Error Adding Host Switch via VMM and other Communications

I reinstalled windows 2012 R2 on a host server that was part of a 2-node cluster. It has two interfaces manually configured in a team. I evicted it from the cluster, then imaged it, and tried to add it back to the cluster. Right now I am trying to add it into my virtual machine manager but when I try to add the virtual switch and the interfaces for networking in VMM it fails immediately and I get the error below:

Error (2912)
An internal error has occurred trying to contact the XXXXX server: :w:InternalError: :MI RESULT 1:A general error occurred that is not covered by a more specific error code..

WinRM: URL: [http://XXXXX :5985], Verb: [ENUMERATE], Resource: [http://schemas.microsoft.com/wbem/wsman/1/wmi/root/standardcimv2/MSFT_NetLbfoTeamNic], Filter: []

Incorrect function (0x80070001)

Recommended Action
Check that WS-Management service is installed and running on server XXXXX . For more information use the command "winrm helpmsg hresult". If XXXXX is a host/library/update server or a PXE server role then ensure that VMM agent is installed and running. Refer to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2742275 for more details.

Hi Sir,

"The catch is that you must create the team with Virtual Machine Manager. If the team is created outside of VMM, VMM will not be able to import the configuration properly, and reflect the changes you make."

For the cluster node teaming configuration , you may need to configure NIC Teaming in VMM  before building hyper-v cluster/adding that node into cluster .
