Error 0xc000000f

I recently installed Windows 10 Technical Preview Build 10056
After 1 day I got this...

Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:
1. Insert your Windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2. Choose your language settings, and then click "Next."
3. Click "Repair your computer."

If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

Note: The Boot Configuration Data for your PC is missing or contains errors.

Help I don't know what to do anymore T_T

I already seek help to the source of 10056 build and awaiting for further instructions.
I can't access through my desktop, the Error 0xc000000f appears before reaching the desktop so I can't install the new build.

Please Sir, I desperately need help.
I'm currently using my laptop to seek help.
