Perfect reply. Direct, spot on accurate, written in plain English that even a non-software developer can understand. Why can't all error codes come with such a simple explanation?

I got this error after trying to install an application that I had just converted using Package Conversion Manager. It turned out that for the deployment type, on the User Experience tab, the "Allow users to view and interact with the program installation" box was not checked and this was an attended install. Also, the logon requirement said "Whether or not a user is logged on" but I'm not sure if that would have caused the error.  Thanks for the tip in the right direction.
