Error 0x80070490 during Deployment
I have been using an image to deploy without error since I first created it. Now I am starting to get errors. I PXE boot and select the image. When the task sequence gets to the Apply Network Settings step, it errors out. The error message is 0x80070490 Here is the error message from the Task Sequence advertisement. The task sequence execution engine failed executing the action (Apply Network Settings) in the group (Install Operating System) with the error code 2147943568 Action output: Joining domain: exec.ds Join OU: LDAP://OU=Deployed,OU=Computers,DC=exec,DC=ds Getting namespace "Microsoft-Windows-UnattendedJoin" for architecture "amd64" DNS domain: DNS domain search order: IP filter sec enabled: false Configuring 1 of 1 network adapters Configuring static IP address !m_sIpAddressList.empty(), HRESULT=80070490 (e:\nts_sms_fre\sms\framework\osdcore\netadaptersettings.cpp,406) Load(), HRESULT=80070490 (e:\nts_sms_fre\sms\framework\osdcore\netadaptersettings.cpp,551) adapterSettings.Configure( pAnswerFile ), HRESULT=80070490 (e:\nts_sms_fre\sms\framework\osdcore\netsettings.cpp,192) oNetSettings.Configure( OSD::Utility::DeployUtil::IsW2kDeployment(), pAnswerFile), HRESULT=80070490 (e:\nts_sms_fre\sms\client\osdeployment\osdnetsettings\main.cpp,180) OSDNetSettings finished: 0x80070490 Failed to load OSDAdapter0IPAddressList Failed to configure network settings for adapter 1 (0x80070490). I am deploying, not capturing. I have a Apply Network Settings step, not a Capture step. My Task Sequence steps in order are: Restart in Windows PE.Partition Disk.Apply Operating System.Apply Windows Settings.Apply Network Settings.Spply Device Drivers.Setup windows and ConfigMgr.

When I captured the image, there was only one partition. It was working since I set it up initially. Then it stopped working all of a sudden with the error above.
