Hi,

do users use Outlook? If so, please try to disable Outlook Junk-E-Mail Settings or whitelist it.ithelpdesk@domain.com in Outlook Junk-E-Mail Settings.

Hi,

Please confirm whether all messages are sent by one specific sender (it.ithelpdesk@domain.com).

Generally, if the survey mails are sent and received through the Exchange server, we can create a transport role to set the spam confidence level to -1 to mark the message as non-spam coming from a safe sender, safe recipient, or safe listed IP address (trusted partner). We can create the transport rule like this:

Apply rule to messages

When the From address contains it.ithelpdesk@domain.com

Set the spam confidence level to -1

If the transport rule is created correctly but the issue persists, please set Outlook Junk E-mail Settings to confirm if the message is blocked by Outlook client.

Regards,
