Email Merge
Hello All,
I have created several reports in SSRS that are typically just for viewing and printing purposes. I have a new request from a department which is when they run a certain report which pretty much shows the contact info of the customers. The user
would like to email to those customers automatically. They are not interested in the report itself but who ever shows up on the report result and each customer has email address column, the user would like all those address autopopulate either in their
Outlooks BCC or be able to wirte the email message and email from within report manager. I don't know if I have made myself clear but if you have any questions please ask. Thanks

Hi junktec,
Thanks for the question. As we know, if we want to delivery one email from Report Manager, we must create one subscription and specify one schedule
in the subscription. It means that we couldn’t set the report delivery
immediately when we access the report.
There is one work-around: you can create one application to deliver the report by referencing ssrs webservices, then using one bat
file to call this application, you can upload this bat file to the report server, drag one textbox into the report, set this textbox action to the URL of the bat file. Thus, if the user clicks on the textbox, the report will be delivered to the specified receivers.
This similar thread has the detail steps about how to upload one bat file to Report Manager:
run application from report
This is the method of subscription:
