Email ID getting removed from sharepoint user profile after some time for new user

I have facing a strange problem, i have active directory import schedule job running in sharepoint server 2013 , after creating a new user in active directory i added user to the sharepoint people and group and till then it was fine. Work email fed in active directory was showing up in sharepoint user profile. But just 5 minutes after that i checked  then email id was blank in sharepoint profile, but work email still exist in active directory for that same user. This is not happening for all the new users i add, its just for some. I have google a lot but didn't found any solution.

If i keep "Use SharePoint Profile Synchronization" in Synchronization Settings then the "User Profile Synchronization Service" is not starting.
