I have an infopath form published to my Sharepoint 2007 server. I have a workflow that removes the user permissions after they submit. I adds back read priveleges. Now they cannot see edit options. I noticed today that if you click on the arrow next to the Name field, there is still an option to Edit in Browser. I logged in as regular user and tried it. I was able to edit the fields in the form. I have some other fields in the form library that are not in the form. Those I cannot edit. Did I do something wrong? Why can I still edit the form and can I stop it?

were you able to successfully SAVE the changes?

if you're writing your own infopath form, you need to handle permissions on your own... it's up to you to disable controls and such.
