We have a DCOM error 10010 has the client installation SCCM 2012 R2 on a domain controller.

The server-A0F99D53C885} {05D1D5D8-18D1-4B83-85ED did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.

The installation is launched with administrator account, and even Admin domain.

We DCOM error 10016 in the beginning, we get to solve it by increasing the DCOM permissions sms_agent_host components, as shown in the link:

But then we succeed DCOM error 10010

It seems that there is some problem with your DC instead of SCCM, try this

An event ID 10010 error message may be logged many times in the event log of your Windows Server 2003-based computer that is running Terminal Services

We have a Windows 2012 R2 server DC?

A hotfix is available for this version?

Yes, I know this is an old post, but Im trying to clean them up. Did you solve this problem, if so what was the solution?

Since no one has answer this post, I recommend opening  a support case with Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS) as they can work with you to solve this problem.
