Hello, have read guidelines and searched for answer in FAQ, without luck. My Fix-it programme, will not carry out tasks, just comes up with above code. Can anyone help please/. I get exactly the same thing. Need help ASAP from someone at ms that answers this very specific issue. Thanks CSA

Hello again Colin. Post script to my reply. I had tried an online web site that came up when I entered the error code. It offers a free check, comes up with over 1800 faults found, then makes it virtually impossible to leave the web site without paying and signing up for a year. It did not work. I eventually got a refund by calling in the Bank etc. but it was a massive hassle. As I stated above, I eventually got over it as above. Good luck and regards
