A bit confused by EMET ~ EULA
1.    INSTALLATION AND USE RIGHTS.
a.    Installation and Use. You may install and use any number of copies of the software on your devices

7.    TRANSFER TO ANOTHER DEVICE. You may uninstall the software and install it on another device for your use. You may not do so to share this license between devices.

1. suggests I may share the license on my devices any number. 

7. suggests I may not share the license between devices. 

Don't understand if an install registers one computer and I am limited to one...but, I may copy as required and use on any number of devices.  Verbiage seems to contradict.  Do I download new EMET for each device or copy one EMET download to each device.  TIA
