Hi Kumar, Please use Matrix component in Reporting Services to achieve it: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms157334(v=sql.100).aspx Thanks, LolaPlease remember to mark the replies as answers if they help.

Thank you for the reply , I can use matrix ,but the problem is it gives dynamic columns,But i need static columns ,i will not have all the columns a,b,c,d for every row and the order of each column may differ. I will explain in detail,My source contains policy information ,each policy contains any of the four comissions a,b,c,d some policies will have a,c and some have a,d etc comissions ,My requirement is to display all four comissions a,b,c,d for each policy in right order. Thanks Kumar

Hi Vision2040, It is true that the Matrix component will have dynamic columns. BUT, it is decided by the number of columns in the column group. That is to say, if the column group contains "a"/"b"/"c"/"d", the matrix will display all four columns, no matter the row group contains it or not. Let's suppose the three column names are Policy Code,Policy Rule,Policy Number: 100 a 1 100 b 2 100 c 1 100 d 3 101 b 5 101 d 6 102 d 2 Then the matix will be: LolaPlease remember to mark the replies as answers if they help.
