Hi, We have some duplicate computer in SCCM with the same name (how you can see in the screen shot) . They are client, approved, active and not obsolete. Can someone help me to understand how that can be possible. Because that cause us some problems in our park for deployment. Thank you.

Check whether your both records have the same hardwareID, if computers were rebuilded and no hardware change then new record created and old record was changed to Obsolete = Yes. But if HardwareID changed then new record was created and old one still active.
