Drag and Drop Web Part Problem
I have lost the ability to drag and drop web parts in edit mode via Internet Explorer. I was following a tutorial using some JavaScript on an editor web part. I have since deleted
the code however I cannot move any web parts on any site on my farm.
Anyone run across this before?

Hi JCDJr,
I did not run across the issue before.
To better understand your issue, could you please let me know more information?
1.
What is your SharePoint product version and edition?
2.
Which tutorial did you follow?
3.
Did you completed removed the JavaScript from the editor web part (I think it should be content edit web part)?
4.
Did the issue happened on you only or all people?
5.
Did you see a yellow Exclamation Mark on the left bottom corner of the IE? If so, it means you have an JavaScript error, could you please click to open it and let me know
the detailed information?

Hi JCDJr,
Thanks for your updates.
I followed the tutorial and the same issue is not happened on my side.
As it affected all the sites, there should be other changes that caused your issue. But I cannot figure out what is the cause with the information you provided.
Could you please double confirm if the drag and drop function was not working on other sites in the same and different web applications?
Could you recall what had you done on your server recently?
