I am trying to view Crystal Reports thru Crystal Reports Analytic Server version 6.3.2214.168. When I click on a report, I get a screen that says "Download Components". It says "Required Components" - Proclarity Web Professional 6.3. I check the checkbox and Download. A blank browser window appears with the URL address

it says "Done" at the bottom of the window. There is a separate window spawned that says "DownLoad Components - You may have to restart your computer to complete installation. After the installation has completed, Click Continue." I click Continue and the Download Components screen reappears saying "Required Components - ProClarity Web Professional 6.3". This is the same window I checked earlier. I close all windows and reboot. When I try to open a Crystal Report again... the same series repeats again. Please advise.
