I am attempting to map a drive to our sever for a user. When I logon it appears that the script never runs. The script is called logon.bat and is located in the users folder on the server. Also, the script is configured in the users ad account. I have attempted to disable all the features in steady state excpet those related to ie and office. Can someone help?

honestly, you need to run the answer down! When I logon without steady state the script runs fine, but after using steady state the script does not run! Please help instead of passing the buck.

I'm making a LOT of assumptions here... The issue may be due to the fact that the batch file is located in the "users folder" on the server. Our scripts are located here: \\servername\c$\WINNT\SYSVOL\sysvol\domainname\scripts. If you move your script there, relative to your own server and network, they should run just fine.

Make sure you can read the domain scripts by opening windows explorer. You will need to know the domain controller server name. if logging on as a local user with steadystate running, scripts will not run... \\domaincontrollerservername\SYSVOL\
