Domain Users not able to create shared folders

Hi,

I have a Server 2012 AD DS domain were i want to give permission to domain users to be able to share folders on their computer with other domain users.

I do not want to give them further permissions to the domain either to their local computer and i do not want to add them in the Power Users or Local Administrators groups.

I want to do this through Group Policy.

Please advise how to accomplish this.

Thanks in advance,

Andreas

Dear Martin,

I checked the network operators group as you suggested which in win 7 and later does not exist its the network configuration Operators which does not give permission to standard domain user to create any share folders.

Thanks for your response anyway.
