I am currently using WSS 3.0 (Sharepoint 2007) and SQL Server 2008 R2 reporting services. I have upgraded the SSRS Add In from this site so that I'm using a build from Sept 2010: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=35c3a13f-4b5e-4d4a-86e4-07ee307b9638&displaylang=en. I restarted IIS and the service for Reporting Services after upgrading the SSRS Add In. I also verified in Add/Remove programs that the version for the SSRS Add In is now 10.2.400.0. I can modify and change the title property in the OOTB Report Viewer in a personal view and when I switch back to the shared view the title differs as expected. However, if I change the value of a parameter in a personal view and switch back to the shared view, the shared view renders with the value from the personal view. Does the OOTB Report Viewer not support personalization of parameters? If not, are there any alternatives? The users of our portal will want to be able to set their own values for parameters which will not affect the shared view.
