ThanksI found how to set unique permissions on a list or document library in wss2.0.Goto Document Library-> Modify settings and columns-> Change permissions for this document library-> Select all the users and site groups and click Remove Selected UsersYour document library will now have unique permissions and will not inherit permissions from the parent Web Site
