I have a situation where my customer wants to upload single or bulk document in the document library,while uploading the document a form should be opened to enter the details fields this form should open when dragging a document and also by clicking the upload button 

Please can any one give the solution

Mark a field as compulsory\mandatory. 

Now you will get prompt to enter details when ever the document is uploaded
