Hi, If you just want to rearrange the links in Quick Launch, you can modify the orders of current navigation of the site. Go to Site Settingsà Look and Feel, Navigationà edit Current Navigation, Navigation Editing and Sorting. If I misunderstood you, please let me know what you exactly want to do.
