Hey guys, SharePoint is a new arena for me. I have been asked if this is possible. There is a new document that one of our departments would like to post up on their sharepoint site, so that when an employee clicks on the document, they are prompted acknowledgeing that they have at least opened or clicked on the doc and send that response back to a mailbox for the admin to verify. I proposed that they use some kind of voting button in email and do a company wide email, but they want to leverage SharePoint. Any ideas would be most welcome! Thanks, Mike

Hi Mike, I think creating a workflow would achieve your goal. If out-of-the-box workflow doesn't exactly fit your requirements, a custom workflow using SharePoint Designer is the way to go. Hope this helps. - Corix
