Hello, 

I have the following situation with respect to document conversion and permission features of Sharepoint. Will be great to get clarifications on these. 

I create contents which are edited in MS Word. I need to be able to convert the same document into 2 different formats - HTML and OneNote on Sharepoint. This is because it is easier to read through and search the contents in HTML and OneNote formats. For any updates to the contents, I need to be able to do it only on the HTML format, and publish the updates so it reflects in OneNote format too. The updates can be done only by specified users or groups. 

Would you please tell me if I can achieve the above in Sharepoint 2010 and Sharepoint 2013 ?
