Hi all, I need to add Document CHeck in comments to the Alert e mail sent to the user.Fo rthat I am trying to cutomize microsoft.sharepoint.applicationpages.dll through reflector.Is there any other approach for customizing e mail alerts in SP 2007 .I am not getting a clear idea whether to modify this dll or not,also please explain the purpose of this dll.Is this anyway related to Alerts and their customization? Hi Leoyi, Thank you for the reply,Actually these posts tell about how to set alerts at different granularities,but what I want is which DLL is used to modify/Customize the Alert E-mail that will be sent accordingly where if not customized will be OOTB.So I have searched and found to do this using IANotify Handler,so still looking on some sort of optimization.please share some more info if you have more..
