Hello,

I have a DP that is starting to show some errors in the logs that I'm not seeing in my other DP. I can push content to the dp and it shows that it's fine and at 100% but this error did not happen recently. The errors I'm showing are:

ExecStaticMethod failed (8004100f) SMS_DistributionPoint, EnableDPUsageStatsGathering
Failed to register DP task through method E on SERVER.DOMAIN. error = 0x8004100F

Anyone have an idea on what this is?

Comparing my two servers I noticed that my problem DP had pits set to manual, will correct this and will post back if it fixes my issue.

I'm sorry folks, this was in fact the issue as I can no longer recreate the error.

What are you referencing when you say PITS... I am having a similar, yet not exactly the same error.. This is the closest thing I have found..
