Display multiple list items in a single infopath display form

Hi,All

I have created a workflow which is for users to order some products from the organization store.

The workflow starts when an item add to the "end user request " list.

I have created an "add new item" form with Infopath and I checked "manage multiple list items...".So user can add multiple item in a single form using repeating section .It means he can order multiple products with a single form.As you know when we use repeating section in a form for each section we have a new item in our list,as shown in below images:

Now I want user can see all products which he order in one request ,in a single display form.for example both item with these titles "aaaa" and "bbbbb" .

How should i design this display form?

I really appreciate your help,

Best R

Hi elmira

You can design a form in such a way like

              1) Design Filter criteria(Eg: Date and Time)-- From and To

              2) If you find so many requests within that time span you can split each request by any heading like "Request 1" and display all the values corresponding to that request in List(use same List View-- horizontal format)

   Hope this helps

Thanks

Hi elma

I have just given an idea to display and I have never tried this in Infopath. Refer this link. It may help you to develop. In addition to that refer this also. Use Created column as filter criteria.

Thanks
