That is to say, I got 2 menu items in left menu: - My vacation - All vacation For a user "alpha", "beta", etc., the item menu display "My vacation" For a user "admin", the item menu display "My vacation" and "all vacation" Thanks in advance !!

I tought about "audience" but my colleague tells me the "audience" is no good because, it hide the menu element but, if we know the url, we can go the page with this url...
