Hi Suman sarkar, If i select "%" option i am getting percentage symbol but its adding 2 more zero's to the actual values.. ex. if the series contains 0,20,40,60., then if i select "%" from the options then the series will be shown like "000% 2000% 4000% 6000%" . Is ther any trick to trim these two zero's ? Thanks Rajesh

Hi Rajesh, There are 2 ways to solve this issue. One is if you can divide your value by 100 in the query itself. It is similar to writting a number (say 10) in an excel cell and then clicking on the % symbol. You can see that 10 will become 1000%. So to solve this, you need to divide the number by hundred. If you are unable to divide the number by 100 in your query itself then you can write an expression to do the same. you can write the expression as ="YourField.Value/100". This expression needs to be put in the data label. Thanks, Suman Please mark as answer if it answers your question.

Hi Rajesh, I am assuming that you want to show the data label for a horizontal bar chart. If that is indeed your requirement then you can achieve it by 1) First turn on the Data Labels by "Checking the "Show Data Labels". 2) After that click on the data label, go to the numbers tab and there select "%". It would show the percentage. 3) If Even after doing the above steps your "%" sympbol is not coming then you can add it using an expression for the data label. Thanks, Suman Sarkar
