How would I go about notifying various people (via outlook) when I create a new post within a Discussion Board?

Hi, Go to Actions--> Alert me. In the Users add the username of the people to whom you want to send alerts. Then select the option of when a new item is created and then click on OK. This will work for you. I hope this will help. Thanks, Rahul Rashu
