Disabling simultanious multiple log-ins form the same account

Is it possible to notify or disable multiple log-ins at the same time form different browser tabs for a SharePoint application. At a given moment only one browser tab can be opened for the application. if any other person logs in from same login need to disable or notify.

This is an internet exposed site and need this for better security.
