Disabling SSL 2 and 3, implementing TLS 1.2

In connection with ISO certificate we have still 2 web addresses on SSL 2 and 3. We need to disable these and implement TLS 1.2
This includes two servers, one with Exchange / webmail, etc.

Are there bad consequences of disabling ssl v2 and 3 that I need to consider?
