Disabled LoopBackCheck and still prompt for Credentials

Hello,

on our Farm we had 3 WebApplications running without any problems, weve recently added a 4th one and this one keeps asking us for user credentials.

Weve checked the fowllowing:

- Reg-Key for LoopBackCheck ist  set
- set SuperUser/Reader
- set UserPolicy for SU/SR
- added HostHeader as trusted Site
- checked IIS-Bindings for new WebApplication

Ive no idea what to check next, grateful for every idea!

Thansk :)

Are you able to open your web application from outside of SP servers without getting prompt for user credentials again and again? If no, then you need to look at authentication mechanisms within web app rather than looking for loopbackcheck.

Hope this helps.

Hey Mohit!
Im not able to open from outside of SP but all WebApplications are identical, all are ClaimsBased and all are using NTLM. The three old WebApps are working, the new one is with the problem.
