We have 1 CAS and 2 Primary.

Each primary has many client settings. But I am not able to have different Hardware inventory Classes for each Primary Site.

Because clients on one primary needs Asset intelligence classes ,Another Primary does not need Asset intelligence classes on hardware inventory.

Any solution?

Primary sites are no longer (compared to CM07) security boundaries, so all global data is available on each site. You have to create a collection that contains clients from each site (e.g. using sitecode) and assign different (custom) client settings to them.

I am able to create many Custom Client settings and able to apply as you specified.

But not able to change Hardware Inventory Classes on custom Client settings.Currently i am able to modify HI classes on default client settings.Default client settings is common for all primary sites.

 

To add a custom class to hardware inventory, you must first add it to the default client settings package -- it doesn't have to be checked there though. You can then go into the custom client settings packages and check those client classes.

If this is honestly a use case for you having multiple primary sites though, your design is completely flawed for the reason pointed out by Torsten.
