Hi Hopefully this is something simple. When I right click on a cell value / formula within a table and select "Text Box Properties" I get the dialog box "Text Box Properties". I then click on the sub tab "Number" and I expect to be presented with a number of options for formatting my number within this cell. Instead the dialog box "Text Box Properties" closes. I think there is some issue with your BIDS installation. I am getting this NUMBER formatting option when I click on "Number" subtab inside "Text Box Properties". Thanks Neeraj, You may be right. I tried opening the BIDs project on another computer, the error did not occur. I then tried opening the same "Number" sub tab on my original computer where I reported the error, and I was able to change the format of the number! I'm not aware that any updates to my installation of BIDs on this computer occurred in the last day. I'll keep an eye on it during the next few days.
