Hello,

I have setup a approval workflow using sharepoint designer. Basicaly what it does is get feedback (approve, reject) from a group of users where one of the users either approves or rejects the document. What i want to do is get the username of the person who either accepted or rejected the document. Since im using sharepoint FOUNDATION i have not figured it out by myself and havent found any help on the interent since all of the tips require server which we cannot afford.

Does it not show by the 'Modified By' on the document itself or within the Workflow History for that item?

 You can use Current Item Modified by field in the Workflow.

When i use current item modified by it gives me the name of the person who uploaded the document, not the one who changed it. The only place i can actualy see the person who approved the workflow task is within the task version history. But i havent found a way to retrieve the required data from there.

Workflow history has only system account under modified by.
