Desktop Lync Client 2013 Presence Shows Offline & cannot change status

I have a weird issue, whenever I sign in to desktop lync client, the status presence always display as offline and I'm not able to change it. Al thought I tried to change it to online but it just won't change.

My mobile client(IOS) works fine and i'm able change the presence on my iphone.

Any hint?

If the presence publisher of Lync 2013 cant publish his status to Lync server, you will fail to change the status.

Please check whether this issue happen to other users.  If this issue happen with other issue, try to restart Lync Front End Server, check any errors on the event view of Lync Front End Server.

Try to sign in you Lync account with another Lync client. If the presence works correctly, try to uninstall and reinstall Lync 2013 on your computer.

If it is no luck for you, please enable your lync client logging and post the logging file here.

hello Lisa:

Thanks for your quick reply. As I'm very new to Lync 2013, I followed your instruction to turn on logging (full) on my desktop client, but I wonder why the logs aren't updated with the latest date? Please have a look in to the attached picture.

Could you tell me which log file is needed by you please?

Thanks.
