Is it true that in SCCM 2012 there is No more difference between inventory reports and deployment reports.

If true, then how it works.

No sure what you mean. But you now have under monitoring a Deployments section that list all your deployment with in deep status about the deployment progress and status. This doesn't give info about actual inventory.

in the report section you have different report for deployment and inventory and the info is store in different table as well. They are also well organised in different folder in the reporting section.

Not true. Hardware inventory and state messages are different things.
