Hello, As the message says: You don't have the permission to create reports in SSRS. I guess it's you local machine where SSRS is running or is it a server machine? Has the admin (or you) set up you account in the securities of SSRS with permission to create reports? Hi LokeshMasih, As Olaf posted, one possibility reason is that you don’t have the permission to deploy reports to Report Server. Generally, Reporting Services in native mode includes five default Item-level roles which are Brower, Content Manager, My Reports, Publisher and Report Builder. If users want to deploy reports to Report Server, first we should assign an Item-level role for those users. Such as Content Manager, My Reports or Publisher, those Item-level roles have the permission to deploy reports to Report Server. So, please ensure you have permission to deploy reports to Report Server. For more information about setting Item-level permission on a Report Server, please refer to the article below: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa337471.aspx If you are an administrator and the Operating System is one of Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 2008 or Windows 2008R2, and the User Account Control(UAC) is enabled, another reason is UAC lead to this issue. If you want to deploy reports to Report Server, you can right-click Business Intelligence Development Studio tool, and then select Run as administrator. For more information about configure a Report Server for local administrator, please refer to the article below: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb630430.aspx If you have any question, please feel free to ask.
