Deployment Uninstall problem Policy conflict.

I setup an uninstall deployment using the same same App but just with the Uninstall action,  and im getting an Following error

I was indeed in a collection that was receiving it. It was an ALL OU devices collections, so i remove it and now im not inside. I also found a Program that was running the same deployment and i DELETE that deployment.  So basically im not receiving it, but it didnt change my status.

Here you can see im only receiving the remove one

somehow, its not removed  of my software center, i remove myself of other Collections ,and it removes them from there.  So somehow im getting hitted i guess?

A software that was not deployed by SCCM (so its not in software center) can be uninstalled by a deployment?? Or its only for software deployed by SCCM?

And after the software uninstall it, i install the software again manually, and its not removing it again (even doing the machine policy retrieval & evaluation cycle)  , so i wonder how the uninstall works, maybe it was needed more time to uninstall it again.

You can uninstall a software that was not deploy by SCCM if the detection method is good.

So if you install chrome manually. you can make a application that would uninstall chrome if you configure the detection method using the uninstall program.

The uninstall would run after the require policy have been run (not 100% sure but i think it`s the software deployment policy that would need to run for this one)

I know the detection method its fine because im using and MSI,   So what should happen when the software its reinstalled manually again?  Soon or later the policy will be evaluated again an uninstalled?

When the application deployment evaluation cycle runs it should re-evaluate the application.

You can trigger it from the configmgr control panel applet or via the now micro right click tools.
