Hi Milan,The issues1. The layouts, master pages, and assemblies should be packaged and deployed as features via a WSP. Hopefully you have done this or at least using least use the features...2. There are a few ways to publish content as long as the first issues have been taken care of... a. Content Deployment in SharePoint works as long as the first timeyou use uit there isnt any content in PROD. b. Copy the Content DB to PROD - Backup DEV to PROD.. c. Use thirsd party tools Check out codep[lex there are anumber of freeones...
