Deploying SCEP on MAC
How to deploy SCEP 2012 r2 on MAC machines from SCCM server 2012 r2

You don't. The SCEP version included with ConfigMgr for Mac OSX is not managed by ConfigMgr and is a stand-alone product. I guess you could package it up and deploy it using a ConfigMgr package to the Mac OSX systems, but this is not there out of the box.

@Prakash - You need to check why was the client not installed. You could make use of CMDiagnostics program that is included with the Mac OS X client package to collect more info on the errors.

For detailed troubleshooting check this link - https://technet.microsoft.com/en-in/library/jj591553.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396#BKMK_Step9
