Hello, I installed Dell Server Management PackSuite Version 4.1 For Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007 R2 in my environment. However, I cannot discover all of the Dell windows server in the Dell MP monitoring. I go to check one of the dell windows server and the open manager's version is V 6.2.0 which is supported by MP 4.1. http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/software/smconect/msscom/41/en/UG/ServerMPUG.pdf I would like to know anything else i should configure for Dell MP or any ways of troubleshooting i can try? Hi Lesten, Have you checked the discovery rule, and how often its being runned? You can also see what the discovery rule is actually looking for. If you have followed the vendors management pack deployment guide, no additional configuration except overrides needs to be configured. Best regards, SeanRao
