Deleted Sync rules on CS and Metadata
Hi there, I have deleted a sync rule from FIM portal. When i, on the FIM MA, run the Full Import and Full Sync profiles, the deleted sync rule is projected to the CS and MV. Seeing the Connector Space Object Property, the attribute StatusError value of the deleted rule is "sync-rule-flow-provisioning-failed". Shouldn't the deleted rules/objects be effectively deleted? What am i doing wrong? Thanks, João

According to your description, you aren't doing anything wrong. Yes, the SR should be deleted. Double-check your run profile configuration. To be in the MV, a MV object must have a connector. Does the SR still show up in the CS? Cheers, Markus Markus Vilcinskas, Knowledge Engineer, Microsoft Corporation

Hi, Yes she does, but not as a SynchronizationRule, but as an ExpectedRuleEntry. She also apears with two diferente DN guid's. On both entries the Connector column value is True. Thanks, João

Now I'm confused... Right now, I have the impression that you are dealing with an orphaned ERE - is this true? If so, you should read this. Cheers, Markus Markus Vilcinskas, Knowledge Engineer, Microsoft Corporation
