I am facing the same issue. Couldn't figure out how to remove a filter after adding it to the Page using Power BI Designer.

Other issue we are facing with this page level filter is that they don't respond when I try to click it to select some filter choices. Really frustrating.

Got same issue. And I dont think you can delete them I tried everything.
