As a SharePoint Designer role, can I override the other user to delete the folder structure?

Hi,

You can ask the user to check in into the sharepoint before deleting. Once it is checked in, you can delete it.

Hi,

Go to the document library settings and click on manage checked out files.

This will grant you the ownership of these files.

Then you delete them in the way you want
